Parametech Mobile Computer Technicians came about as the result of an astonishing discovery, there simply were no affordable onsite computer technician services in the tri-cities area. Furthermore when Chris visited places that offered computer repair/sales services he found that the level of customer service he expected was not being given. That is when he decided to offer customers the services they expect at a price that is reasonable, and Parametech Mobile Computer Technicians was born.

Parametech Mobile Computer Technicians was formed in Guelph, Ontario in 2002 by Christopher Marlatt. Chris had already graduated from Sheridan College with a Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis. Having come from a background of troubleshooting computer and network problems the step forward into opening a company offering a wide variety of products and services in the computer area was a natural one. His previous employment managing Graphics Departments gave him the background necessary to deliver outstanding customer service.
